1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern the relationship between you (the «User») and the Cue service (the «Service», «we»), available at cue.earth. By registering for or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and accept them in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the service
Cue provides AI-based tools for interview preparation and managing the job-search process, including:
- Resume analysis and the creation of a digital profile of your skills and experience.
- Resume adaptation and the generation of personalized cover letters for specific jobs.
- Live assistant: real-time analysis of interviewer questions and structured answer prompts.
- Application pipeline: tools for tracking the status of submitted applications.
- Knowledge base and practice features for preparing for technical and behavioral interviews.
3. Registration and account
Access to most features requires registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity performed using your account. If you discover unauthorized access, notify us immediately at info@cue.earth. We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account if its use violates these Terms.
4. Payment and refunds
Access to paid features of the Service is provided through the purchase of packages of Live assistant minutes or generations (the «Packages»).
- Payment: Packages are paid for as a single, up-front charge at the time of purchase. Prices are shown on the /pricing page in the applicable currency and include all applicable taxes.
- Activation: A Package is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed. Unused minutes remain valid for the period specified for each Package.
- Refunds: If you purchase Pro and have not used any Pro feature (Resume Tailoring, Interview Practice, Live Assistant, or Call Review), you may request a full refund by contacting support@cue.earth. If you have used at least one Pro feature, the purchase is non-refundable, as the corresponding part of the service is considered rendered.
- Price changes: We reserve the right to change Package prices. Changes do not affect Packages already purchased.
5. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Provide knowingly false information about your experience, skills, or qualifications in your resume or other materials.
- Use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or data.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to use the Service to third parties.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to mass-extract data or abuse the Service's features.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED «AS IS» AND «AS AVAILABLE» WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
- We do not guarantee that using the Service will lead to passing an interview, receiving an offer, or getting hired. The outcome depends solely on your individual qualities, the job market, and the employer's actions.
- The AI assistant may make factual errors, inaccuracies, and hallucinations — generating plausible-sounding but inaccurate information. You are responsible for independently verifying every prompt before using it.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and are not liable for temporary unavailability of features due to maintenance or outages.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the Service — source code, design, trademarks, logos, and content — are the intellectual property of Cue and are protected by intellectual property law. Content generated by AI from your data (adapted resumes, cover letters) belongs to you. By providing data to the Service, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or post a notice on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new version of the Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. The parties agree to resolve any disputes arising in connection with these Terms through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
