This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») describes what data the Cue service (the «Service», «we», «us»), available at cue.earth, collects and processes when you use its features. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the Service.

To power AI-based features (text generation, resume analysis, interview prompts), your data may be sent via API to third-party large language model (LLM) providers, in particular Anthropic, Groq, and other providers that meet the requirements of this Policy. In doing so:
Payments for Pro access are processed by Creem, our third-party payment provider and merchant of record. Creem may receive the data necessary to process your payment, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal and financial regulations. Cue does not store your card or other payment credentials — this information is handled exclusively by Creem in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Data is stored on secure Supabase servers (AWS infrastructure). We apply industry-standard security measures: encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Data is retained for the lifetime of your account. After you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 calendar days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service uses essential technical cookies to maintain your authentication session. Analytics cookies (where used) are applied in an aggregated, anonymized form to improve the Service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may break some Service features.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. For material changes, we will notify you by email or post a corresponding notice on the Service at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
