Terms of Offer

1. General provisions

These Terms of Offer (the «Offer») are a binding agreement between Cue (the «Provider», «we», «us») and any individual who purchases a package of paid access to the Cue service (the «User», «you»).

By completing payment for a selected package, you fully and unconditionally accept this Offer. The agreement is deemed concluded on the terms set out below from the moment of payment.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the features of the Cue online service (SaaS) hosted at cue.earth, within the scope of the purchased package. Access is provided in the form of usage limits:

• Live assistant minutes: Time available for using the voice AI assistant during interviews, expressed in minutes.
• AI resume adaptations: The number of AI-generated adapted resumes and cover letters.

The contents, volume, and price of each package are shown on the pricing page and on the checkout page. The service constitutes the grant of a non-exclusive right to use the software under an «access as a service» model.

3. Price and payment

• Package prices are shown at checkout before payment, in the applicable currency, and include any applicable taxes.
• Payment is made as a single, up-front charge for 100% of the price of the selected package through a third-party payment processor or another available method.
• The User's payment obligation is considered fulfilled once the funds are received by the Provider or its payment agent.
• An electronic receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Access delivery

Access to paid limits (minutes and adaptations) is granted automatically immediately after successful payment — the corresponding volume is credited to the User's account balance at the moment the payment is confirmed. The service is considered duly rendered as the User consumes the credited limits. By activating access, the User consents to the immediate provision of the service.

5. Refunds

Pro is a one-time purchase that does not renew automatically. The following refund terms apply:

• If you have not used any Pro feature (Resume Tailoring, Interview Practice, Live Assistant, or Call Review) after purchasing Pro, you may request a full refund.
• If you have used at least one Pro feature, the purchase is non-refundable, as the corresponding part of the service is considered rendered.
• To request a refund, contact support@cue.earth and include your account and payment details.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

• The Provider will make reasonable efforts to keep the service operational and to grant access within the scope of the purchased package.
• The Provider may carry out scheduled maintenance that temporarily limits access to the service, giving advance notice where possible.
• The User agrees not to share account access with third parties and to use the service in line with its intended purpose and applicable law.
• The User agrees to provide accurate information when registering and paying.

7. Liability

The service is provided «as is». The Provider does not guarantee that the User will achieve any specific outcome (for example, an interview invitation or a job offer), as such outcomes depend on many factors outside the Provider's control. The Provider is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party service providers (hosting, payment systems, AI providers) or by events of force majeure.

8. Personal data

The processing of the User's personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By accepting this Offer, the User confirms that they have read and agree to that Policy.
